I love the chair as an improvised weapon – especially the light plastic four legged institutional kind. I've had my rib broken with a chair used in anger so know what that feels like. Four sharp points that it's almost impossible to avoid all of, the seat acting as shield and a ram for good body-weight commitment. You can hold it like a matador or throw it.
Is this Advanced man spreading? LOL! Anyway, I sit in a chair like that and Whittle and wood carve and I was wondering how to get up and defend myself if some motherfuker stole my shit or fucked with me….FUCK YEA!
That reminds me. of me fighting chairs. I'm above average in height and thus all the chairs are too small. When I jump up, my lower leg tends to bang against the edge of the seat which then gets lifted up at a 45° angle… I once tried to prevent it from falling over and grabbed the chair mid air and it looked very intimidating, which wasn't exactly my intention in public…

I wonder if you can throw the chair from between the legs as you stand up, as if you were swinging a kettle bell. 🤔

Common mistakes people will make and how to correct them. Excellent demo and instructions.

Good video thanks, meow.
Very helpful recommendations. Thank you.
It’s sad how few martial artists put in the necessary training to utilize their surroundings effectively. Thanks for sharing this!
