Hmm bolt action rifles have been used in war and self defense longer than semi automatics and before that was Flint locks. Any gun or weapon that you train with and become knowledgeable and proffecient with is lethal. All these big gun channels do is make people scared and want to buy the newest greatest toy. I have friends who train and shoot revolvers professionally I could guarantee they can put more bullets accurately downrange than most people with the greatest and newest semi auto pistols.
