Urban Survival Tips: 25 Pre-Attack Indicators for Self Defense
This video gives 25 Urban Survival tips for recognizing pre-attack indicators. If you are about to get in a fist fight watch for these non-verbal cues to give you an idea of when the person is about to strike. Knowing these self defense tips will help you to read the attackers body language and know when they are going to attack, which will give you the opportunity to act first and defend yourself.

Just a thought but maybe try to develop the ability to NOT exhibit any of these if you do have to make the first strike. I'm sure some would be hard hide but deception and distraction might give one the edge, especially if it's a Superior opponent.
Excellent. I think you just about covered all I could remember when confronted. Any more may be overload. How about next to cover how to counter that chemical cocktail going on. De-escalation so to speak. Thank you.
I used your advice, and I beat everyone up before they could hatch their nefarious plans. The meter-maid, gardener, cook, fireman, construction worker, doctor, tree trimmer, garbage man, mail man, teacher and the rest were stopped before they could make a move on me. They all were looking at me funny, giving me snake-eyes, and trying to get all up in my business. I saw them exhaling and inhaling, VERY threatening. Of course I am in jail now, could I get bailed out? ;P
You stay safe as well
That is very useful information thanks
The eyes don't lie! Good stuff as usual.
great video
Yep… just about everyone I confront on a daily basis. HA!
Best to have IT drawn before confrontation… may prevent it or may just give you the edge.
Thank you for the great tips.

A boxer taught me that with a sucker punch the foot moves first. If you expect a punch, move back enough that the step has to be big.
Where I've been and what I've experienced… I recognized all of these except for the cowboy walk. After you mentioned it though, it made sense.
