You can't make a list of pistols for "beginners and self defense" and not include a glock 17 or 19 (or just any glock).

Really, no Glock? Seriously one of the best brand of pistols, literally the duct tape of handguns, I trust my life and my family’s safety with Glock

Philip Freeman says:

As someone who has been useing weapons since the age of 18 in the millitary and as a corrections and as a local police officer and as a federal law enforcement officer and a trained firearms intructor. I've got some experience with handguns. And weapons in general. And the one thing I know there is no such thing as one perfect handgun for everyone. Just as one size gloves will not fit every hand size. And my advice to new handgun owners is to find a range that rents handguns and try a few and find one that fits your hand and that you can shoot well and control well. There is no one size fits everyone. The handgun must feel natural in your hand. And training is a must. And avoid anyone who attemps to sell you on their preferred choice of weapon. Instead of what is right for you. A handgun must be an extension of you're hand and arm. And training is a must. And practice is essential. It's a skill that needs to be practiced regularly.

The narrator's script states individuals have the right to defend themselves… and then moments later the narrator states owning a firearm is a privilege.

The first statement is a fact.
The second statement is false.

Responsibility would have been the more apt sentiment.
