Dudes got warrants, and priors, has a gun even though hes a convicted felon, and decides it would be a good idea to go fishing at 2 in the morning even though the parks are clearly closed

2 am in the morning, probably homeless?

@KATALANDIVINE1 says:

Fuck the popos. They kill a guy just cause he was carrying a gun? This should not be illegal

@HoodCalisthenics101 says:

John's pic at 1:03 in a suit is hilarious 😂

@jameswhitaker1324 says:

9:20 that ammo looked like prvi partizan. I have no experience with their .380 ammo, but I’ve never had a failure with PPS .40, 10mm, .45, .357, .38 or 9mm so either his gun was jacked up or god decided that wasn’t the officers night to take a bullet?

@jameswhitaker1324 says:

Reimagine how this encounter goes down without the ‘prohibited person’ problem. He catches the fish, answers for his his misdemeanor warrant. The end. It’s time to reform our stupid gun laws. If he’s ok to be out on the street, he’s ok to exercise his constitutional rights. I don’t blame the officers and the perp should, in an ideal world, have taken his gun charge to court and challenged it. Instead, he tried to kill an officer and got what was coming to him.

@knutetech says:

My home town, I don't recall that Lake, I did grow up next to the N. Platte River & fished it frequently. The Lakes I fished were Alcova & Pathfinder, which was 30 miles west of Casper. 1985 I moved to Aurora, CO, so that Lake may be newer than my memory's.

Thought and prayers…. For the fish.

@TomokoMurakami says:

I'm glad this wasn't about the one that got away.

@lathamwalker2573 says:

He’s dead because of a traffic warrant.
Fucken stupid man

@gyromurphy says:

But… is the catfish ok? I hope someone let it off the hook. As long as the cops and the fish are ok, nothing of value was lost

@alwaysboosting9764 says:

It's the best fishing story ever! The one that didn't get away.
