If you put your hands in the right spot and scream "Get the fuck away from me!!!" As loud as you can most people will feel the animal adrenaline and not attack you. But you have to be set to destroy as soon as they get too close and they have to see the truth in your eyes.

Back in the 1990s I was looking for something different after 4 yrs of karate and had a chance to take classes at VAJ in the dojo in the financial district, but didn't (instead I tried JKD). VAJ was too hardcore for me at the time, but now I wish I did. Unfortunately I now live in FL. These videos are great.
If u do a push up in the form of a military press with ur elbows tucked in instead of flared out then u can go past ur arms and if u do it in the same manner with ur knuckles u can actualy strengthen them too bro wws spittin overall !
