Thank you… I remember that time when 4-5 off duty Brazilian cops came to a woman’s aid who I think was being car jacked. That’s the only other times I remember something like the police being immediately present on an ASP video.

Hi I'd like to see something like if a robber has the drop on you and then perhaps you fain compliance to wait for your turn, but then he tries to frisk/Rob you and will find your gun. When would be the best time to go to the draw? Or how to react in such a situation?

Hussein Atiwa says:

All your topics are interested and important.

Fay King says:

I'd like to see how to use unarmed techniques to deal with guns, melee weapons, and plain old brawling. I think everyone focuses too much on weapons and tools, or their unarmed skills are predominately only striking or grappling and not fleshed out enough to be highly effective. For me, I know I'm much more skilled with tools than without them, even tho most of my training hours have been karate. I took an edged weapon course a month ago, and I got every pennies worth! I want to focus more on what I'm weakest at, most people prefer to preserve ego and focus on their strengths.

I bought a Ventilated Operator Kit at the recommendation of Yeager. I tried to carry it in my 5.11 pants, but it was just a little bit too big even with a pocket to itself. The next bit of gear on my list is a ankle trauma kit. The VOK went in my chest rig 🙂 I'd rock if you covered medical stuff. I've got plenty of first aid, cpr, etc, but you can never learn the basics too much. And specific problems like tension pneumo thorax or performing a tracheotomy require specific solutions, which require specific instruction to learn to do safely and reliably under pressure. That's not me, yet, and that's another weakness to work on.

They should have put him down!

I think anywhere with a cash register should have a person trained with a gun or a gun easily accessible to someone who is trained.

Darrell Floyd says:

I really enjoy your conversations with the lawyer from Firearms Legal Defense (I think that's their name) on the "Extra" channel. I would also enjoy hearing your thoughts more often on things like carrying positions, possible gun / gear reviews, and general 2A information. Thanks John!

BIG JIM SLADE says:

I like how the computer/phone cords had him all hemmed in at the end.

Dale Fry says:

I would like to say I would rush in and help, but I really respect the damage a knife can do if wielded by a determined attacker.

Judicious Aim says:

My Glock 32 fires 125gr at 1300+ fps with 500+ lb/ft of energy. If only more law abiding people lived in a country where self defense was a RIGHT. Those poor women.

wwwwwhusuk says:

For the extra channel, the importance of keeping cool, maybe ways for people to train at a higher stress level. Real life will always be high stress.

Keinlieb says:

Imagine if everyone in this instance was able to conceal carry. That's 5 gun holders vs 1 knife carrier. Even if the one guy had less than a second to pull his firearm, the other 4 had lots and lots of time to pull their firearms.

Rai Ramz says:

Would like to see knife defence videos.

Ryan Alley says:

Knife attacks are the most scariest of the bunch. Wouldn't mind seeing some more self defense lessons on this. Info on the best place to carry your firearm while in your car. Thanks!

Chris Mihok says:

Build that wall…

Paul Lee says:

In our dojo the saying is “in a knife fight winners drip losers gush” thanks for posting ✌🏼

Casey Locke says:

It's videos like this that actually make me angry that so few people concealed carry. All hell breaks loose and everyone is standing around HELPLESS. I refuse to be a victim and while I would gladly give my life to save an innocent bystander who, in many cases, CHOOSES not to defend themselves, that doesn't mean I have to AGREE with their choice.
