Obrigado for taking the time to film and upload your clip. Some nice techniques, very simply broken down. May I ask what Márcio's opinion is on the 'shell hands' defending against a standing front choke – is it an option to break that grip? Thank you and best wishes.
Aikido gets so much disrespect until a respected member of the bjj community demonstrates aikido techniques. Could it be that they share similar backgrounds from Japanese culture…call it what you want folks the techniques are effective if applied correctly no matter what they are called. Train hard and train smart
Very cool video. Same techniques in hapkido and aikido as well. Glad to see bjj folks picking them up. Very good locks, and they're there more than people think.👍
I use wrist locks quite a bit in Jiu-Jitsu, and people who aren't aware will get tapped. All of my wrist locks come from Seiyu Oyata's karate, you can find here on YouTube.
Why in the hell there s always a few idiots that put thumbs down. Thank you for sharing these nice techniques. Oss!
An instructor from aikido showed me that same wrist lock
False grip or hook grip shell same same but different
Marcio's the CONSUMATE GENTLEMAN !!
LoL
Jiu-jitsu coral belt = Aikido white belt

Hapkido, kuk sool won techniques. That just goes to show you that everything goes around. Good stuff!
Amazing 👍
He’s like the Anthony Bourdain of Wristlocks
that old dude is a 8 stripe white belt
Typically I have encountered 2 stiff arm label grabs vs 1. What wrist lock would work best?
The downvotes must be the Shamrock Bros.
thats not aikido?
WHAT AN INDIVIDUAL….SO KIND. TRUE RED.

The most important is
Self defense
Grande Mestre Marcio Macarrão…sensacional…e o carinho quando ele fala do Mestre Rolls….sensacional
Appreciate the time and energy put into the video. However, this ain't how and attack goess down but I save it.
I love the self defense of Jiu-Jitsu thanks for sharing. Much respect God Bless
