"oh uh this shotgun is fairly persuasive in that this is not what I want to do." I'm so gone after that 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

methus57 says:

what if this guy was just picking up a free TV off Craigslist?

Sure Shot says:

Is it true the story says these two are friends now?

Tony D says:

TBH I was expecting the home defender to shoot. 'Cause you know…. Texas… Gun… Thief… Caught red handed… again Texas… Good for the defender avoiding the legal and moral weight of shooting.

Alan Elias says:

Both hands full of television. LOL

jessie P says:

Now the only thing: this guy could get out of jail and come back for revenge…..

jessie P says:

If he would’ve continued to run and if the guy would’ve shot. The shooter would’ve been in prison??

jessie P says:

Would it be ok to do this to someone ATTEMPTING to get into your car?

jessie P says:

Texas be like “this type of crime doesn’t happen in TeXAs” well obviously it did.

jessie P says:

Imagine this was just a mover… lol

jessie P says:

Of course he put it down nice. He saw the man with the shotgun and is trying not to get himself blasted. He’s gonna be a good boy and obey. Not shocking at all….

siulanainad says:

Today in Texas, a known Valedictorian who owns an advanced degree in tv repair and is a shop owner, picked up a client’s 48 incher to repair the contrast and vertical and horizontal image adjustment…but was himself laid horizontally … epic

Abandon Belief says:

Don't shoot a bad guy if he runs …. But if they were robbing a good guy and the good guy ran… They would think of it like a game and shoot you because you ran… That I've seen once at a party with party crashers acting like some real cowboys… The kid ran and the other guy shot and killed him. No mercy.

Daniel Thompson says:

I think our laws need to be changed. When someone is steeling or going in and out of other folks property, it does not seem reasonable to expect victims to ascertain if a CRIMINAL is a threat. I think the threat should be understandably assumed! The perpetrator should assume the risks if someone seeing them engaged in a Felony considers them a threat! I think what the homeowner did here was fine! If not according to the laws, the laws should be changed!

Adam Rose says:

While I will obey our laws, I honestly believe this is the reason these robberies are so prevalent across our country right now. I don't believe property is worth a life but I bet if the laws allowed home owners to legally defend their property with a firearm including shooting someone to stop them we would see a huge drop in robberies. No one has a right to come in your residence and take something that doesn't belong to them. By doing so they should have to fear for their lives. It's just wrong. Should the first reaction be to shoot first absolutely not but if you have a clear view of them and told them to drop it and they just keep going you should have the right to stop them one way or the other without fear of legal action. We wonder why places like Cali, New York, Chicago have all these crimes, it's because of bad policies all the way through.

rock Johnson says:

Do not enter a home or out build a night in SC.

lionofjudah373 says:

It’s so sad the justice system protects thieves and more who do wrong versus people who aren’t instead we get in trouble

Ben D says:

TX gun laws are great…. shoot… in blue states… the police probably wouldn't show up when you call, if they do show up some how, they probably would arrest the defender for possession of firearm and false imprisonment, if god forbid, miracle happens, the police is a rookie, doesn't know what he is doing and arrest the thief, the thief would be back at the property to attempt taking the TV again in 2 hours…

sturmstorm says:

tbh honest i’m not sure i would have done the same thing…. that really is just me and my personal opinion….

i don’t think i could shoot and kill someone over a TV….

i love thé idea of protecting yourself and having the right tools to do so… nothing says leave me the F alone than a shotgun pointing at your face….

but if push came to shove, and i had to pull the trigger if he lunged at me, i don’t think i would sleep well at night…..

then again what do i know!
