Attitude. Skills. Plan.
He came out to confront someone with an empty gun. That’s just stupid. If that guy would have charged at him. He would’ve never had time to rack a round.
But wouldn't backing into your garage put exhaust fumes into the house? Or at the very least put soot marks on the wall. Unless you have a very large barn style one maybe. But in a small garage, I'm not sure.
He did a Great job of protecting his wife and his self 💪 besides not already haveing his handgun already loaded would have saved little time thank God the unknown dude wasn't highly aggressive an under influence of alcohol or drugs
I get that women should be just as prepared and capable of self defense as men but I think in this case it makes sense to give the husband a heads up and have him there and ready. I’d rather surprise a suspect thinking he’s got the drop on my wife meanwhile I have the drop on him. Why have her be confronted by the suspect when I could be waiting on the suspect to get there?
The guy walks into the garage and then the next time you see him he's on the walkway in front of the house? Is there missing footage

You let a criminal go to either be better prepared next time or do it to someone else.

This is not the way
If this was in South Africa the driver would be Hijacked or dead already.

Was this legal on the property owners side? I don’t think so. Tell me if I’m wrong
so nothing happened?
I wouldn’t be standing out in the open I would have used the white car as a barrier
