county sheepdog says:

"The 16-year-old in this case WAS INVOLVED in the HOMICIDE with his brother & the brother was later ARRESTED and PLED GUILTY.”

Alwyn Dellow says:

This guy was involved in a murder. He was part of taking someone's life. Now he lost his. Tough luck.

boll tanzy says:

I'm ok with it.

Adrian Garay says:

Some cops goto work not wanting to injure a human, but there are also a hand full of cops who became a cop just to shoot people and violate rights and that’s a sad fact.

Carlos Villarreal says:

RULE #! cardio lol

Mitch Blackmore says:

To all the people in the comments saying 'hE hAd no REaSon to sHoot him' see the pinned comment at the top of the comment section! Do you think this little prick ran because he was caught skipping school??? The world is a better place with that lead in that kid's brain!

jaymanxv says:

Guns don't kill people. People kill people and this person is an idiot and so is his partner who shouted good shot after.

CoCo Coldy says:

We gotta quit avoiding the fact that most cops in the U.S were nerds and cowards in high school. Their brain can’t handle a situation like this. They ain’t built for it. But America lets just about anyone be cops.

juan ruvalcaba says:

California police got a lot of "oof", on they record.

Blu3D5vi7 ACE says:

when i was 15 year old i got away from fresno police in a high speed chase and then ditch my car ran on foot i threw my gun into a garden and then the next day i came back it was still there cause i know fresno police are trigger happy so i don't stop for them

ninja says:

This is is why I dont even want to holiday in the USA. Disgusting. Im sure they'll change it to "oh actually he was involved". SICKENING. Ask u to get on your knees when you weren't even involved, without finding out the facts first. Then you get fatally shot for it. There is no value for life in that country. Its disgusting. This police officer needs to be jailed. He had already drawn his gun before the kid pulled up his pants. Dont tell us **lies**

Cno says:

What's just remember people are scared to death of the police and do not want to be beaten up and shot. Even if they have not committed a crime… Some people run. It does not mean you should be killed.

ChistianTCMI says:

Absolutely totally completely in the wrong. The police officer murdered the kid.

Snakehawk81 says:

Sad situation for everyone. He should not have run.

David Priller says:

The 16-year-old kid had a gun earlier and shot a truck with people in it that caused the truck to crash and a person inside the truck died and as a result of the crash. Yeah, the kid WAS involved.

Joshua Mawango says:

@10:26 "Thankful the officer was not injured in any way"… really? John? How about some diplomacy?

Don says:

Look.  We (Society) go thru this every OTHER day.  In the eyes of Police, In the eyes of people like John, "Police" are mostly ALWAYS in the Right.  Now for every 'good shooting' we have from law enforcement, we all can YOUTUBE unlawful shootings.  So, that being said, I NEVER shed a TEAR when I hear a Police Officer is FIRED and/or are hurt in the line of duty.  Why?  Well, in the eyes of society/law, Police are above reproach.  Even with overwhelming evidence of BAD policing they are looked at as JUDGE / JUROR / EXECUTER.  Period.

smokey9mm 707 elite says:

He straight-up murder that kid, he should face judge , all that training that use tax payers pay for nothing, in the end the city gets sued and the tax payers are the ones who lose ,

tlspud says:

Are their bodycams just wired-up potatoes?

shun lee says:

I have to say this isn’t justice nor justifiable. The boy ran and the boy got shot in the Back of the Head and not the front position of the body. He was murdered execution style. This cop here was close enough to have visual on the suspect, meaning he saw what the boy had which was nothing from the fact that once he look at the police after jumping the gate the boy exceeded 10 to 15 feet prior from the police suspected the suspect having a weapon which I disagree with this police actions 1M% because of the simple fact the suspect did not engage the officer in the beginning nor during the jumping the fence that being said the daycare doesn’t justify the officer killing a 16 year old child , he could have shot him in the leg the lower part of the body. Smh

JustLooking says:

Seeing that kids baby face made this extra heartbreaking.

Roman Sanchez says:

Wrong time wrong place

Ronald Palma says:

I usually give the benefit of the doubt to a police officer who has to make a split second decision in a life or death situation. This is not the case here, there is no excuse to shoot this person even if he was a suspect. If we allow officers to shoot people that simply run away from them, what will police try to get away with next?

jaymanxv says:

Pull up your pants = Headshot
Dumbass officer

Sunny Boy says:

Damn that camera need some image stabilization

Gen_hawkeye says:

Why did he run if he wasn't involved.
Stupid to run.

Z O says:

Tennessee V. Garner?

CENTRO MOTO FORLì says:

I read comments from people who say that the 16-year-old ran away and was investigated … I think you are crazy in your country !!! None of this can justify a policeman shooting from behind an unarmed 16-year-old child in his head !!!
