these are great for beginners. I started taking Taekwondo classes when I was 7 and stopped when I was 11, and I've gained the experience to be able to completely take down a 6', 200 lb man. I deeply encourage anyone (not just women!!) to look into taking self defense classes because you never know when they may save your life.
I'm going to remember these moves, because you can never know when something is going to happen and then you're suddenly in danger. Thanks for sharing them!
It's really sad that this has to be addressed, no one should need this and actually have to use it. Aside from that, it is good that buzzfeed is doing something useful to help protect us.
can we please just remember that the victim could be male or female and so can the attacker. we need to get it out of our head that only one sex can be the victim or attacker. stay safe everyone
