Someone should tell him brass knuckles or anything that works like that is a illegal felony by altering anything into a weapon if you get caught by a law officer and you will go to jail that officer doesn't know what you are up to he can only go by what he sees
I carry two carabiners on my backpack already, but I'm not sure if they're big enough to use as described. I will definitely check and see if I need to "supersize" them … (I don't currently own a car and my backpack goes with me almost everywhere I go.)
The nuts and the paracord are interesting but I'm not sure they're legal here in the "People's Republic of California". My "internal" test is how would I answer if a police officer asked me "Why are you carrying that?", could I come up with a plausible reason other than "It's a self-defense weapon."
Thats exactly what I have since I was In Mountain Battalion, and carabiner non locking square US made what we used as part of climbing gear,light and heavy duty aluminum. I carry one on me for keys and in case I need to be pulled or any other purpose.
If you attack an opponent with such tools, it will only make them angrier and surge their adrenaline so high that these tricks will lose all effect. If these gadgets can assist you in a fight, it implies the confrontation was either easily avoidable or could have been resolved with a humiliating slap in the face. However, if the enemy has serious intent, heightened adrenaline, or is under the influence of substances, these tools become useless. Moreover, in a chaotic, rage-fueled mess, youโre most likely to end up harming yourself.
Only carry that if you plan to use it as a carabeaner and realize that it's considered brass knuckles if you use it in a fight meaning legality can be a big issue

If you can't fight this thing is not going to help you at all in a self-defense situation.
You can use the smallest one as a finger knuckle. Just need to cushion your palm with eye glasses cleaning cloth.
If you live in a society that requires you to need a self defense weapon, leave.

I went to a hood school and I carried a carabineer with me all the time,..and a bic pen with a steel spine hidden inside

I like this idea; I have just bought and modifying a pair of carabiners. It will be easier to carry than a knife. 2 in hand is better than one.

I got two heavy duty ones off Amazon . Travel everywhere with them on my bag or back pocket. I also travel with motorcycle gloves.
