I have regretted every single time I have ever went to a Walmart. I'm not judging everyone, but there are so, so many trashy people at every Walmart I've been to. Not even any happy employees either. This guy deserves 25-life.
Russia and China don't have to worry about the US. You will all go Rittenhouse on each other give it time. Armed to go to the supermarket. If I lived in an area like that .I would move. If I lived in a country like that I would move to a safer country. I'm a prepper here in Australia. I'm a licenced gun owner. I shoot feral animals. Not my neighbour . And I drive 20k to the super market . And I don't have to be armed. And the US wants to go to war with Russia and China. How can you do that. When everybody is shooting each other.
The deputy was wrong to start taking to the man in a derogatory manner, "You got the receipt right there? Yeah, okay, stop stealing, let's go. Why are you doing this? You're like 40 years old and you're still stealing dude? Get a job, lets go." That was unnecessary. They had not established that they were stealing from the officers perspective. The manager felt they would be stealing. I may be wrong but the officer antagonized the man. Just walk him out peacefully and take it from there. If he wants to get quarrelsome outside that's different. Officers scared. And not equipped to wrestle with him. Never tased him. I'm not saying the guy was right to try and pull the knife nor the gun but the officer was wrong in his choice of words and escalated the situation.
This looks like a execution, 4 dudes jump on one guy. If they just want to arrest him, they could pepper spray him or tase him and the arest would been over in 2 minutes !
It's always astounding that these low life's decide to go for their weapon rather than take the charge of illegal possession. .. um you know your either gunna die, or do 25-life . So why not take the charge. .. I guess I just don't know how to think like a scumbag.
Note that finger on the trigger is absolutely in violation of gun safety. The dip who was "helping" is a nut. Hit them with the get on the matt and refine your skills line…..
The gun was disarmed about half a second before the shot was fired. I think we had gun panic because they screamed he has a gun shoot him! and that created fear of life among the officers. The shot goes off about half a second after he is disarmed plus he had one cuff in, he had to just over power one arm to win this fight . The shot to the head was also a bit much it could have been a body shot to subdue him instead. With all that being said this is a 40 year old armed shop lifter so his impact on the world is probably over at this point and he probably will only get worse and more violent after his 5th tour in prison.
I am so sick and tired of civilians siding with the criminals. This guy came to shoplift and brought a gun. Everyone who was shopping was in danger from this guy and they stick up for him when he tried to struggle and shoot police officers? After he had just been asked to leave peacefully???!!! The public should really be careful what they wish for. And if they are too dumb to realize what’s going on, they deserve to get what they ask for. I’m tired of these stupid people burning down their cities to “avenge” criminals. The police should just pull out and let the city have their “utopia”
