As someone who has done a disarm somewhat successfully (I still caught a glancing round to the top of my skull what creased me enough to run the tip of my finger through the crease) it's not a great idea for most people to do. I was an extremely young man at the time and was a scrapper, and had an opening. I also had a strong feeling that had I not, I would have been executed. People don't realize the amount of violence it takes to disarm a determined attacker. I was a strong kid and fought for my life. I had to beat him unconscious as he wouldn't quit fighting. I'm not saying don't, I'm saying know yourself. You better be a meat eater and not just someone who took a free weekend defense class, because you may bite off a fight you never bargained for.
Makes sense why you see so many retailers do nothing when it comes to theft. i once witnessed a high school kid stuff the mini bottles of fireball in his shorts at Fry's, he looked super nervous and froze for a few minutes. I just pointed him out to one of the managers and they were like, eh and walked away. Then recently witnessed a guy at the same Fry's not pay his entire bill at the self checkout and the clerk just shrugged as the guy walked out
“They say they’re looking for him but idk that they have any leads” LOL John always so(rightfully so) pessimistic that the cops are ever going to look for the ppl who get away with the crimes

And more frightening is they were non white…Who would have thunk it ??? Non whites are entitled to steal and shoot and kill without repercussion…

We're busy looking at the guy come back in the store with a gun but the woman looks to have a gun in her hand again at that point as well.
