Hello, From Earth to sun it would be 100 meters and it’s 55 times hotter
than water on earth and also it would burn out his skin and his eyes plus
his clothes so this is fiction not non- fiction people who think it’s non-

If you really were to open a portal from here to the sun, anything within
maybe a hundred metres would burn and die. The sun’s surface is 5504
degrees celcius, or 55 times hotter than the boiling point of water.
First of all, misuse of technically. Second, it’s fictional, but from the
game it can be inferred that it’s some type of laser/plasma-ish energy that
would likely propagate at the speed of light.
But… how did the portal even reach the sun in that length of time? Even
if the portal projection occurs at the speed of light it should have taken
quite some time, it’s not like the sun is just a few miles outside the
atmosphere…
You know I could say that a portal cant go onto the sun for reasons of its
not solid and isn’t coated in portalable materials…. But I’m just going
to say nice adaption of the end credits song 😛
Any dreams of having the portal gun and be at home for example put a blue
portal above (on the roof) and orange down (on the ground) in orange and
