Democrat: "No one who has ever been a victim of gun violence or seen its aftermath would support gun ownership"
Millions of Combat Vets: "Hold my beer".

Deplorable Redneck 4.0 says:

Glad you guys finally talked about it

1911GreaterThanALL says:

All the more reason not to grant government more powers or more far reaching powers. Government agents appear to be incompetent.

Marc Brewster says:

Don’t be surprised when you find out some border patrol officers have been bought off by the cartels. This is a shabby investigation. Money talks.

asianmovement says:

So don't call the cops. Got it

Paul Payne says:

It seems unclear that he is the one who shot the trespasser

I J says:

There are a lot of people in all levels of law enforcement including prosecutors that are corrupt and want to send the message that self defense and defending your property is not ok.

Donovan Gomez says:

These drugs are coming across of the boarder at an alarming rate, I see it devastating communities!

John Moran says:

Thank you for the update

James Wyatt says:

Liberals will never let a bad man down. Arizona law enforcement. Sounds more like criminal protection bureau.

Martin Harris says:

Time to (burn down the mission if we want to stay alive )Elton John .

Terrell Standefer says:

As a New Mexico resident best advice I have is don't call anyone and don't say anything (shit) to anyone unless you really trust them. That being said also means any form of government official/actor/employees. The people around the southern border can and will take care of what they need to it's only until shit hits the fan that I would ever recommend calling for help and with that it would be a neighbor I trusted first then the sheriff's, so on and so forth.

Guy Freeman says:

He needs to get a backhoe.

Christopher Parks says:

No warning shots!

Lou Lunetta says:

"Leave the body, take the weapon." The rancher said he fired warning shot and he said they fired at him. Was the dead guy hit by his own guys?

southern 'merican says:

Best case scenario is to be caught on camera these days. And even then people make u out to be the bad guy. Do we have to be joel olsteen or some shyt?

Thumper says:

They fired at him to bad he didn’t smoke them all and just leave them out there the coyotes will take care of it and you get new radios and guns😂

Wallace Dunn says:

A great example of not speaking to LEO without your Attorney.

Wakka Wakka says:

I predict he will fully acquitted and rightfully so… regardless how this played out.

Wallace Dunn says:

Gee, I wonder what was in those giant backpacks? Pretty sure it wasn't Barbie Dolls. Smells like the Cartel has its clutches into the Prosecutor.

Skipper Clinton says:

Let's look at it from the "cash cow" angle. Since the "War on Drugs" started in 1971, the US has spent $1T on it, and it's only gotten a lot worse.
You think about all the federal money being spent on grants, the legal system, prisons, etc al and think again!

Tim Johnson says:

Warning shots are a terrible idea, now they can say he recklessly fired his gun and endangering others and killing one by accident. If you have to shoot someone it best not be an accident sheeeesh

Mark Mechana says:

And they could be using our laws against using order to remove a threat to their nefarious intentions !!! … !!! … !!! …( No playing games shoot to kill)

Tim Johnson says:

The cartels pay their government what makes anyone think they aren't paying ours? Biden sure has stopped the wall and even talking about the invasion of our homes by aliens and tyrants with no accountability

JimInAuburn says:

The cost is why I cannot understand when people say to just charge someone, when it does not look like a crime, and let the jury decide. It costs hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions to defend yourself on a murder charge. Your life will not be the same and most people will be financially destroyed. So even if they are acquitted, they lose.

WOJACK says:

Dead criminal on property, oh well nothing to see here!

D.R. Keeler says:

I guess if you find yourself in that situation you just bury the body and don't call anyone.

rod van-zeller says:

Cartel members know how the American legal system loves to victimize self-defenders; how self-defenders think the cops are friends and how people who protect their families are indoctrinated into calling the cops on themselves and confessing of committing a crime, with this knowledge the cartel members put the finishing touch by killing a patsy to frame the gringo and made the complaint to the American cops.
My opinion of course and nothing more.

david sellars says:

Did I hear wrong, didn't Border Patrol check the area the first time? Why didn't they find the body then? So many things fail to make sense here.

Jay Gee says:

Don’t you wait to see if they find evidence that round were fired at him? Just look on the ground in the area he took the fire from. I am sure the cartel didn’t police their brass. If you find shells or holes and bullets in his house or property, then I would think case closed, self-defense
