Seems like these women would be better off learning how to throw a solid spear knee to the groin than any of these holds….

Love the fila marijuana tracksuit

won ton min says:

Women of all ages needs these kind of training atleast three times a week

CDA Combined Defensive Arts says:

I get the techniques, some sound mechanics but it is completely missing context. Obviously it is a clip from a bigger piece of training but is missing so much information. Also not one of those ladies would get that to work on a man intent on grabbing them. I do hope the rest of the training addressed the many flaws in this clip.
Love tiger Muay Thai but self defence is not martial arts or sport fighting.

Lee Bridgwater says:

Really good, thank you

GUTOM says:

This is good to know for anyone and for tourists who want to pick up some self-defense when they visit thailand. Not everyone wants to learn to be a MMA fighter.

Chill Winston says:

I see the negative comments and i agree with some points but clearly this training is for all including and mostly for inexperienced men and particularly women who arent going to wrap a guy up in a rear naked choke or KO a mugger fkr but just to get these people focused on getting distance and maybe getting the mugger to think this isnt an easy target.

marcw3 says:

Why struggling to try to break the grip, when punching and kicking are much easier and effective?

That reminds me of my Karate class in 1980…

Helena says:

How cool! Please upload more videos of this style! 🙂

Arnold Agrees says:

Imo it's a bad technique for someone who does not practice martial arts a day in their life. I see a lot of women in the video so imagine if they break the grip off of their attackers hand they are now free from each other and now the attacker have another chance for another grab. I have a better technique but it would take a long time to explain

Alexander K. says:

Great for in the gym, usually never works for real.

rubber duky says:

Are you fucking serious…… NO MAN GRABS ANOTHER MANS WRIST in a fight either in the start or finish. This should be titled WOMENS self defense against wrist grabs. Muay Thai is NOT a self defense. Arnis, Escrima, ect… ARE… Don't deceive people on this shit.
