the trainer begins to defend himself. The attacker actually is losing his
grip each time the trainer starts to move. In real life, combat won’t be
that simple, and exercises done this way will emerge as impractical. Most
Krav Maga schools actually do this right, but on this particular video you
can clearly see that once trainer begins his defence mechanism the attacker
is just passively waiting instead of countering and trying to attack
further.
Good Video, but in real life people don’t react as you want, learn Muay
Thai, BJJ etc where someone is trying to take you down, then add these kind
of techniques on top.

faire partager ses connaissances, ces techniques .

disciplines, boxe anglaise, karaté, judo, aïkido et HAPKIDO.
Avec une philosophie plus ancrée sur les techniques et les automatismes
d’autodéfense de la rue bien que les Coréens ont déjà mis en place et
adaptés ces techniques à la perfection (HAPKIDO).
