hey mr ym, if i aim at the gonads with my 9 mm and i have a 10+ mag, can i expect a high probability of a hit and penetration, under duress, recoil flinch, panic of the moment, etc,etc and i expend all my load?
I have never heard or seen anyone compare a 10mm to 9mm and say they are the same or share similar ballistics. I’ve heard doctors say that 9, 40 and 45 share commonalities but never a 10mm, 357 magnum or 44 magnum…not never.
90+% of people will run scream g like a bitch or ci'lapse from being shot, including by a 22lr, other than that, shot placement will make more of a difference than anything in between a 9mm and a .500 magnum.
I feel this way though I dont agree with everything your "timmys" say..I talked to a trauma surgeon in one of the busiest firearm ER's in the country. People survive 87% of the time when shot with a handgun. Rifle is something low like 8-13% but I can't remember these exact statistics. When compared to a rifle round, yes pistol rounds preform about the same for wounding abilities. There are some differences of course but very minor when talking human stopping abilities….Please watch the Jared Reston shootout story. That's 2 gentlemen exchanging entire magazines of 40 cal and 45 caliber with the only round that was a show stopper was a contact headshot…Stories like this are more common than you think…Again when we say theres little to no difference between handgun rounds it's when comparing a rifle round to a pistol round
When I first started shooting my brother set up some old encyclopedic
Nothing < Stick < .22lr < everything else
A 22 in the eye or the kneecap. That should do it.
With a large caliber you don’t even have to hit them to knock them down. Just the shock wave will put them down. 🤔
I wanna see you blow a pencil or a rod.

I do love your videos though…God help me.
It doesn’t matter. 22lr kills more humans a year than any other caliber.

Speaking truth to tight t-shirts…
Fuck you and your non lead
I hate the glock/hicap fanboys who just regurgitate the same bs that 9mm is the same as a 357 etc

My "Friends" .22 penetrated many road signs back in High School…
Paul Harrell has proven that they aren't the same…
