this is one reason why I always carry a knife if I blocked your slap with
my knife hand well even if you managed to not get cut youd have to be much
more carefull about your next action wrong move a flick of my wrist could
land a blade in your arm
Good info! I have been attacked by a person with a knife and at the time I
had zero knife defense training, I do have defensive scars on my hands and
arms and scars on my face but I lived because I made distance from him very
quickly just out of pure fear and the fact that my attacker was really
drunk I was able to run away. I carry a firearm legally all the time but
knife attacks happen very close, I won’t have time to draw my pistol so I
carry a Cold Steel Safe Keeper II, it’s a punch knife. I would like your
opinion of this knife. Thanks.
LOTS of truth in this video. Basically, if a bad guy has a knife and you
have anything less than a firearm (with enough distance to stay out of his
reach), then you WILL get cut/stabbed. The ONLY things you can do are: 1.
Draw and shoot, if you’re carrying and he’s far enough away (and people can
close 21 feet of distance in a blink), 2. Just accept that you’re gonna get
seriously hurt (or killed), and just charge him full-on, or 3. Run,
Forrest, run! If you have pepper spray, hose ’em down first and THEN run –
might improve your chances of escape.

to take a self-defense class just for the protection against a knife
attack. Then I was thinking, well, let’s see what they have on youtube. And
at all times I was still thinking that I need a defense only in an
absolutely extreme case. And was thinking that probably the best thing
would always be to just run away from an attacker. But you absolutely put
it right, don’t give motherfuckers a chance to kill you. Rather let them
save their stupid face. He is already a loser if he lives from his fuckedup
ego mind. Just leave him alone. And everything else you said in both videos
make absolutely perfect sense. I am glad I watched your video and THANK YOU

for the faint hearted. Looks very good in mine opinion.
Best knife from cold steel I’ve used.
True stuff. Knives are extremely hard to defend against. Best bet is a 100
yard sprint and/or firearm in my opinion.
