Med kit is good buy I would recomend to take some course on first aid and trauma life support, because it does nothing to have the materials and not knowing what to do with them, also even if you don't have the most adecuate materials with you but you know how to treat traumatic injures, you can improvise and use whatever is in your vicinity. So I would recomen that the first thing to do is to have some training and then get the med kit.
I would never be this comfortable with someone point a gun at me let alone walking around the car waiting to be shot. Listen carefully if you have a firearm in your hand while approaching me, I will shoot you and wait for the police to arrive.
