while this guy was trash and the officer did nothing wrong. I think its worth saying don't always be so quick to call the cops to handle your problems. The wife begged them not to hurt him and you see what happened. Could she have talked to him some how in a way to resolve it with him still breathing I don't know and we never will. Just always keep in mind when you call men with guns to solve your problems you just brought another level of danger to your argument. They are not your therapist when they show up someone dies or goes to jail. Dogs don't fair so well either. Its great they are there when we need them just make sure you need them before you call.
Propane tank absolutely would not have blown up if it was hit. It would have leaked liquid propane and hissed really loud but even if there was an ignition source after being shot it would have just sprayed fire out of the hole.
