He could’ve and should’ve cooperated and allowed himself to be detained for investigation, then none of this would’ve had the chance to happen, but still. You blew it w the taser, which wasn’t necessary yet anyway, but just call in some backup dude, and make him stay there until it arrives and then try to detain thru cooperation again and if you have to at that point, the two of you can just man handle him into custody. No guns needed to make an appearance here. Unreal.
I see in the comments many people are shocked that the cop got off. NOT black people in this country. We are use to this and that's why some people of color don't trust the cops and have fear of the cops. He was the victim of why the cop was there in the 1st place and now he's dead
