Title is a little misleading lol

Blicca Man says:

That's a really tough one

Crime time with Tone says:

Quick question: if you are that customer and you see this happening can you legally shoot the suspect? (In Texas)

Elliott Hough says:

my guess is the bystander, the perp and the employee were all in on this. The bystander was the lookout. The cashier volunteered the money under the drawer when he didn’t need to. Plus he was too calm and relaxed for someone that was really being threatened with a gun.

Dick Trickle says:

The perp is probably best friends w/ the cashier. They split the profits when the dude got off work.

Stephen Chisadza says:

Must be in a good neighborhood because typically the cashier is behind bulletproof glass

Dakota Bauer says:

I was just curious on what u think would be the best non CCW carrying belt but I am scared to get a side carrier or back Carry so I'd want it on an appendix carry or something along those lines what would u suggest

Big Bagel says:

Worst active self protection video ever. I just watched some Chinese dude smash 10 bottles on some robbers head so u can understand.

The real messiah says:

You’re getting soft, John

CEO At Crystalsoft says:

No where is like Texas because no where is it so easy for criminals to get guns. If you like crime, go to Texas!

Alwyn Dellow says:

Bystander ?? Looks like the robbers accomplice. You can only blame the shop owner. No security.

AJ G says:

So is the order of armed robberies as follows:
#1 Brazil,
#2 Houston and
South African is #3?? If so, Do yoy have stats like that written down somewhere that you'd be willing to share? Thank you

PJ says:

I mean, at the end of the day, is the clerk's life worth risking for the sake of like $200 from your employer's till? Even if the clerk was armed, he could still just give up the cash and live another day. Not the best outcome, but at the same time, even if the thief lives, the clerk is alive as well

SC Rider says:

Clerk does have right to defend self, except you have to weigh if the outcry is worth the chance. Even if you shoot and end the threat, you will hear that the robber "would not have hurt anyone, and why did you have to shoot to kill, why not shoot the gun out of his hand, etc." Plus robbers are viewed as victim of society, they were made to be thieves b/c could not get a job in the hood.

2491kridge says:

What shot timer do you recommend John? Also is it capable to do dry fire practice with these timers or does it have to be live rounds?

Matt Kerska says:

Any else notice the guy outside??

dylan bridges says:

Would it be a bad idea to also keep a pistol in the till? Could draw a lot quicker but I guess if the robber gets behind the counter you’re screwed

Eugenio Urbina says:

Videos are starting to suck Big time Nothing to do with title

Timber says:

You can have a 1.5 second draw to first shot while the robber is glancing off in some other direction, but unless you strike a CNS spot (upper spinal cord, base of the brain), the robber can still have several seconds to a couple minutes to return his attention to you and shoot back.*
Not trying to debate you, just asking for some more evidence (simunition demonstrations?) to build confidence that a 1.5 second draw to first shot actually has a high winning degree of success.

* Michael Platt of the FBI's 1986 Miami Shootout took a fatal shot to the chest early in that battle, but carried on for three minutes and killed two agents before succumbing to his wounds.

Not My Name says:

No defensive gun use was to be found here. Clickbait, John?????????

Brian Lowery says:

Is there a chart with the information here about seeing the ear is 1.5 seconds, etc.?

J dubs says:

Where’s the defensive gun use?!

joel martinez says:

Why are you coming down on Houston? Arizona Nevada and New Mexico are right behind. I hear those States are now blue and will probably ban guns altogether, just give it time and your State per capita will surpass my beloved Red Texas State.

Jay D says:

I don't get this one, why even show it? Title is clickbait

Jabba says:

I would really love to hear somebody say to me “ shooter ready, stand by “ and be able to practice my draw but, alas that will never happen where I live

Alex T says:

pretty sure the "bystander" is with the robber

Tom S says:

How does this show us anything about defensive gun use, when no gun was used in defense, and the robber just walked away with the cash?
