Ok just listening to the audio of the first 3 minutes.. I thought it was a Cheech & Chong skit. 😆

Delatic Gaming says:

It almost looks as if the officers drew their guns first because he was fiddling with something. Then he draws.

A Park says:

I am glad the officers are safe but with one of the officers on the other side of the van it could have gotten ugly with friendly fire.

Tyler Hensley says:

When I first read the title my thought was, 'oh someone walked up to a cop car and pulled a gun and the cops had to react' I didn't expect this to be an escalation of arrest, I mean asking him how many drinks he has had would have been an excellent question when they were running his information, not after they have used up all of their other arresting options 7 minutes into talking to the guy. I understand that he shouldn't have pulled the gun on the cops however it seems to me that if they had a reason to arrest him before it got to that point should have come well within the 7 minutes it took to escalate this situation.
Now you can blame that on the cops not doing their job good enough within those 7 minutes or on the guy for not cooperating, but it looked to me like he was cooperating up untill he felt like they were going to arrest him regardless.
Did he have warrants?
Did he actually do something criminal?
I mean walking while drunk isn't necessary criminal if that's the case and again if he was drunk enough then they should have said something about that from the beginning. I'm sure the situation would have ended up the same but I'm not congratulating the officers for anything about this situation, the incompetence of the 3 officers is astounding.

Bobby McGee says:

If you watch jerry michuleks video of him shooting through cars you will be surprised about the lack of penetration through things like glass and regular car doors.

dipanman says:

Why didn't the officer on the driver's side open fire on the driver and end it right there?

Chad Sanborn says:

These cops clearly need more training. They were just panic stricken. Instead of defunding police, how about up training police so that they don't panic and shoot each other or worse. None of those shots hit the suspect and that is shameful. Especially when they had him point blank in the window.

Matts Perk says:

Who got hit in the background? You can hear a child scream “Mommy”… all those rounds went somewhere.

DAN From the SOUTH says:

But a Desert Eagle .50 is outlawed in California….you trying to tell me that he would try to kill cops with an illegal gun? If his gun was from the “California approved handgun list”, he wouldn’t have tried to murder anyone.

Alexander insubordinate says:

Are those cops triplets or what?

Occam’s Razor says:

1:03 perp is digging 👃for gold 😖

Jigmaster says:

Idon't quite understand the logic of these USA videos … the subject starts shooting at the police because he's drunk taking a nap? … I don't think he's facing such a serious penalty as to start a shooting with the police … it is an absolute nonsense. In my country he would have been fined and he would have continued taking a nap.

Leland Holton says:

That’s a really rusty vehicle for California

5th Horseman says:

Dodging a .50cal round, and staying in the fight = Hero status

milsurpJoe says:

What a bad guy with a gun in California!? Who would have seen that coming..

cruciferousvegetable says:

How the hell did that guy instantly teleport to the back of the hatchback?

Boss Ross 2.0 says:

I could not imagine being a cop. Those situations are so sketchy. Cops really deserve to be payed more.

tacitus101010 says:

Ah yes, Tuco the Wise

Alexander Soriano says:

Cops did a great job 👍🏻

Trevor Whalen says:

Wow how lucky are these guys
