Those who cannot do, teach. That’s the way it’s always been. Sorry but you have never been in a fight in your entire life and you never will be, Because you’re deathly afraid to mix it up that’s just a fact.
Good info but jesus dude waaaay too much idle braying. You could cut this video down to like 6 minutes easy with every single piece of information in this video included. srsly i think your training dummy almost tipped over from boredom.
I’ve actually used a pressure point in a self-defense situation. It worked great. Drunk assailant, lots of innocents around to get hurt. I controlled the him and the situation without hurting him or getting hurt myself. I wouldn’t plan my defense around them, though.
With all respect, can I ask if you watched the video all the way through? I thought he made some good points about eyes, the throat, etc.
Thank you for explaining these important things in a way those who need to hear it can understand. I have liked Tegner since my teens, great stuff! Also thank you for NOT cursing, I really appreciate it! Keep up the great work!
I agree somewhat with a few of your detractors, that your DVD needs to be more concise.
Bit I really liked what you had to say, and you are very likable.
I practice MMA Krav Maga, and found your advice very sound – many people will be all the better for watching your video. Thank you.
You forgot the side of the Knee kick, a pressure point that can debilitate by breaking an assailants leg but not lethal. You also forgot about temple strikes which can be lethal at only 8-20 lbs of force(depending on how big/tough). Or the bridge of the nose that requires 2 strikes but can result in a instant death. Or simply using 2-3 fingers to jab in their belly and grab under their rib cage and lift up while moving forward. I guess it really depends on the situation tho.
Sorry dude, I think you just talked thru the whole video, you only made a couple of points, you just really talked about other things than talking about pressure points, no demonstrations or nothing. We want to see more than just talk thru the whole video.
You watch The Walking Dead? 😀 Great video, thanks 🙂 By the way.. I know self defense is to defend yourself without hurting the attacker but to be honest they want to hurt you so just hurt them back 10 fold.. thats how it rolls, right? 🙂
any one else notice he has 4 fingers
00:48 5 steps! 5!
good and simple.cheers

The fact that you use “a drunk assailant” as proof that your pressure points work completely invalidates your argument.
This is how it is in the REAL world.
Street fights do NOT go down like they do in the movies.
This stuff works.
Informative clip, thanks !!
Right.
Good to know.

Study the UFC rules for self-defense ideas. That’s a good, practical piece of advice.

Pressure points are like unicorns, leprechauns and fairies…they don’t really exist. Even though you wish they did, they don’t.
Anybody else thought that was Tom Hanks?
I haven’t saw this guys left arm?
i’m sorry, but is it my idea or the guy DOES actually have only 4 fingers on his right hand? anyone else noticed it?

“And then you’re going to be somebody’s date in the shower…”
…So I can crush their windpipe too.
(Kidding of course).
your dummy looks the double of UK killer Raoul Moat…good advice ,gouge eyes ,chop at neck and hand full of testicles..end of attack
U TALK 2 MUCH MAN KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK FUCK U
Sure he could have been short and got to the chase, but the way he gives very reliable and solid advice is VERY much worth it.
Less talking more showing.
This video should have been 3 minutes long.
lmao dangg
hahahaha this made my day!!! X’D
My friend tried to rip of my nipple slowly so I pulled her hand off quickly to reduce her grip and keep my nipple… My nipple was almost blue
Eyes and knees, people. Eyes and knees.
You don’t end up doing life imprisonment for eyes and knees.

This vid was a bit dry BUT dude is sharing good practical techniques…. 🙂
Amazing, works fine as described with my dolls just wondering if it also works with alive people too?
swinging your arms at the side of the ribs also hurts
you can break a knee with 7lbs
I really like your videos.
There is so much BS out there in self defence videos but your stuff is sensible, down to earth & practical.
I like it a lot. Thank you.
Thankyou I know your teaching works,
pounds per square inch law plus biology many bones take about 17 lbs of power or less to break

Crushing the throat, “pressure point”
man i wish he would make more videos!
excellent 🙂
The difference between stepping and stomping I guess. I assume this was about the latter variety. 😉

7:00 sorry
So what i got out of 9:00 a smaller woman can be raped by a shark
Kinda hard to believe that me, a 90 lbs girl, could break a foot by stepping on it but hey, if you say so:D thx for the vid, really liked it!
