It's going to be tricky because they don't have the same laws they do in Florida I don't know if there's stand your ground or if that would necessarily qualify under self defense in Atlanta js
Qaundo knew Von was coming he can see through the car glass Von didn’t know where he was he happened to bump into him qaundo was ready they had a minute to talk n that’s probably why he was holdn Von yelling he was shot bc they knew they was gon use self defense on his song he even said “run up on me bite the bait”
Self defense won’t work because he wasn’t the one being attacked, firstly. And he didn’t need to shoot Von because someone had already gotten him away from the scuffle, meaning he was no longer a threat at that point. Not to mention dude crept from the other side of the truck and fired. If it was a big brawl and he shot into the crowd and Von got hit then self defense would have maybe worked in his favor but given what went down on the footage, I don’t see that angle working out for him. It looked like he was intentionally aiming for Von. Not to mention he’s a popular public figure so they’re gonna really try and throw the book at him since the case has become international news.
If he can't beat it get the lest plea to manslaughter I'm mean he will be still young about 40 GA dirty if ATL push the case a win they go try to get life with parole and that 30 but he might shake with self defense I hate GA judicial system crooked!
