This actually happened in La Habra, California, just a few minutes away from where I’m at. It was a chaotic scene. I’m glad that Officer Fox saved Officer Milward, and he made a safe recovery.
The perp was so cold and calm as he was pulling the gun out knowing that he was going to try and kill someone. The disassociation from human emotion is scary.

You can tell the female officer has extensive training. She turned it on, when it was needed.. I hope the department uses this video for training.
