Chad Hurley says:

I’m supposing that you meant to say “and now I want.” I feel the same way.
There’s something happening in the US and the world. We just hate each
other more. Or maybe were reverting to animals. When animals meet it’s
accepted that they mis-trust each other, because they don’t know each
other. I don’t know, maybe it’s just the suffocating feeling of
overpopulation and fear of so many doom situations on youtube and the news.
I am depressed, and this makes me more likely to shoot someone. It’s sad.

Chad Hurley says:

This guy really makes sense. Most thugs breaking in your house are going to
be kids, 15 to 22. They have never been shot. Shoot them one time in the
midsection and they will go into shock. They never expected to get shot,
you never expected a break-in. If they are armed then keep shooting until
they fall. Just bought a 12 ga. shotgun. Do you want to blow off someones
face? With two armed intruders you don’t have time to re-chamber a shotgun.
The second intruder will kill you. Automatic handgun

Ellis Pawson says:

Excellent !!!

matty081198 says:

I mean a shotgun.

matty081198 says:

A rifle would be better to buy in the UK due to licencing.

Getting Primal says:

Seriously good info. You’re the best man. Thanks.

TinHatRanch says:

Thanks for the suggestion. I am not “hiding” behind the shades (they’re
actually shooting goggles). You’d have to see some of my other “tin hat”
videos to understand. Thanks for watching.

TinHatRanch says:

Please refer to it if you are ever in the market, thank you.

TinHatRanch says:

Steve, thanks for the thanks. My advice would be to shoot what you are
comfortably able to shoot. Stay tuned for part three to answer the rest of
your questions.

Thank you, please share.

Well, interesting!

LordTimelord says:

Excellent two-part video! Very useful information for people new to
firearms!

Brent Blogs says:

Canadian gun laws – particularly for “restricted” arms like handguns – are
very strict. For example, “self-defense” is not considered a valid reason
to own a gun. And according to the Criminal Code, you can only repel an
intruder with equal or lesser force. Meaning if your intruder has a bat,
even though you might be a 90-year-old woman, you are not allowed to shoot
him. Furthermore, guns must be kept in a safe unloaded, and ammo must be
stored in a different room. It’s all really quite silly.

Well put!

Steve k says:

Wow! Really interesting and helpful information. You clearly know what you
are talking about. Thanks. I keep having different people tell me that the
.45 is the only round to use and others say no, no…it’s the 9mm. Your
video helps clarify that either will suffice for my home protection needs
but I’m still not sure which brand to buy. The gun shops near me are a
little intimidating. WIll gun shops let me fire a gun before I buy it? WIll
they at least let me hold different guns? Thanks.

TinHatRanch says:

Thanks

Thank you

Great video!

interesting well thougth out video. subscribed.

MrPlayfulOtter says:

Good advice.

TinHatRanch says:

Thanks Brent, let me ask you a question, what do you mean by “it’s not
legal to keep a loaded handgun in your home”?

Brent Blogs says:

You obviously know your shit, bro. Been thinking about getting my RPAL
(license in Canada for restricted arms like handguns) so I found this video
that’s helpful. The only thing that’s not helpful in Canada is that it’s
not legal to keep a loaded handgun in your home.

TinHatRanch says:

Thank you, please share with your friends!

Fuller Malarkey says:

Ditch the uber-cool shades, man. Eyes play a part in meaningful
communication. Connecting with your audience isn’t a sign of weakness.
Hiding behind the props is. Just a suggestion.
