Yea looks like a punitive shooting. Obviously the driver was back and leaving. You actually don’t know the long term effects of banging his head, so it could already be significant bodily harm. Still not gonna help him in court.
Controlling your emotions, during an “impatience of time lost while waiting on a sphincter. !!!” Getting out of the car wasn’t going to charge your situation with the delivery person. Thinking with your head over having a need to get a point across. Because you are armed doesn’t mean you’re allowed to shoot in hopes you win this argument !!???? 2nd & 3rd shots were NOT NEEDED !!! Distorted thinking is a grounds for self defense, I’m guessing this guy, as John stated, will lose any and all weapons in his possession !!!😮😮😮 Seems like people have a “need” for 15 seconds of the virtual world ??!!
The guy who fired the shots was justified. He was nearly killed by someone who escalated the situation without reason. Wish the delivery driver took the pavement temp challenge, but I guess that would have just meant more charges for the real victim in this situation, the guy who was punched.
I agree with everything John said and that’s why it’s so important to know the laws in your state about deadly force. It looked like he was punishing the driver because he shot him too late, as he was getting away. Remember the guy could’ve backed out instead.
it frustrates people hpw patient of a driver I am like I had a dude side swipe me once while he was trying too cut someone off we both stopped and got out and he started agressively walking towards me and im like omg are you ok im a nurse stopped him dead in his tracks and he just starts stammering lol
To bad he didn't see the black car behind his leaving he could have backed up & went around & been on his way, or told the delivery driver that spot was available now for him to take
Both guys are massive a-holes. But the guy who got rocked and pulled out his gun and shot the other guy is definitely more wrong. He started the whole thing and shot when his ego was bruised, not because he was defending himself. The other guy hit him and then disengaged and went back to his car.
