That lady customer with the little dog sure cleared out of there fast at the 0:43 mark. I would HOPE that she was going to get some firearms help. The male victim put up enough resistance by taking the robber's backpack that the robber was 100% focused on him allowing the female clerk to grab her pistol with a round-already-in-the-chamber. Good self-control by the two clerks to hold fire when the threat was minimized. Some would have had to get off a few more rounds into the robber.
My employer prohibits firearms. There is very tight security though. Very unlikely a non-employee can even enter the property. I will be fired for carrying but it is not illegal for me to do so.
Do women find that a more comfortable/natural way of gripping a gun? Almost every time I've seen that "nondominant thumb crossed over gun hand thumb" grip, a woman was doing it. When I took my girlfriend shooting for the first time, she grabbed it that way too before I stopped her. What's up with that?
Against policy but not my rights. I'll carry everywhere I work unless it's illegal then I wouldn't even work for that place period. No job is worth my life.
