Now if someone of color did that theyd be in jail and everyone would say another person who doesnt need a gun. I believe this old fart should not have a gun and should at least be put in jail for a few months. The guy in a wheelchair ain't no saint but he was leaving not posing as a threat and wasnt even facing the shooter when he got shot.

ASP, please stop creating videos that can be used by the people creating unconstitutional laws. Your message, and video title, should say it may be against the law but it shouldn’t be. You have to be able to protect your property, especially when the judges, district attorneys, and the police don’t.
Control your emotions and use better judgment. This was ego and anger, not self-defense. Good thing he is a melanin-deficient being, or else he would be in jail.
