The parents should be charged for child neglect. A running unlocked car with a 5 year old. WTH!! These parents are horrible. One of the parents should have stayed in the car or wake the child up and take them with you. 😲
100% when he realised there was a child in there then he obviously pulled straight over and ditched the car right where the parents would find it so he did do the right thing after doing the wrong thing
You're not a parent if a sandwich is more important than your child. Unbelievable to leave a 5 year old alone in a running car. I don't even like leaving my teenage kids in my car alone, I always tell them to lock the doors once I get out.
I live in Orlando. Last week I saw a lady get out of her truck and went inside the store. She kept it running and there were 2 children in the back. SMH.
The parents are extremely lucky that this guy's motivation wasn't that of a child predator. He wanted an easy car grab not the extra baggage contained within. Both parents leaving the car unattended, unlocked, and running just shows neglegence and stupidity. In an ideal world they shouldn't have had anything to fear, but In the real world that level of naievity is borderline criminal.
I’m a mom of three, I don’t care if that was the best sleep in the world my kids were having, I’m either waking them up, or if I’m with my hubby ONE STAYS PUT AND AWARE.
How stupid the parents need to be arrested for leaving the child alone in a unlocked running car. It is illegal in most states to leave your car running even if the doors are locked. Hopefully the Parents were both fined.
That’s called bad parenting!
They couldn't at least locked the car?

They should charge this parent with neglect. If they leave their kid in the car I’m willing to bet 5hey have other horrible parenting skills.
I am just glad the kid was found safe and unharmed.
Parents of the year!!!
Do NOT leave children alone in the car. Its that simple
Simply inexcusable and stupid behavior. Has common sense left us?
Stopid women

Guardians should be charged with negligence, how can you just leave a baby alone?, let alone outside!

parents should've been charged for child neglect
Who leaves a 5 yrld in a open running car
the parents should be charged with child endangerment. I would never do that. Terrible parents
That’s why all of my vehicles are keyless.
Leaves car unlocked in Brazil, car get stolen, Pikachu face

One parent just stays in the car while the other goes inside
The parents are fu*king morons!

Why are the cars in the back going so fast 🤦🏻♂️
The biggest criminals are the parents…. They should be charged!!!
Stop leaving your kids in a running vehicle.
Parents need to be charged…
Why would you leave your baby out there unattended? I can't think of a good answer for that.
Obvious lessons, don't leave your child in the car while running and unlocked by theirselves.. lmao
