4:15 is that first revolver a Judge?

Taylor Smith says:

Wow i could understand the pharmacist though. Just Thinking if he was going to live or die that day. We need God here soon. His the only one who could bring peace in our world.

E. Norm Hiscock says:

Was that one of them revolver shotguns like the judge? Looks like it but the footage isnt great.

T C says:

You guys sitting here arguing legality, when a criminal cares nothing about laws. That’s what makes them criminals. And that’s why the government will be able to take away you pansy asses AR’s and the criminals will still run around with 30 round fully automatic rifles. If you carry and you approach a business that has a sign stating “No Firearms” and you turn and walk away, you think a criminal sees that sign and does the same? Or do they see a golden opportunity to go in somewhere where the chances are very, very high no one is able to defend themselves! Wake the f*** up!

Alejandro Torres says:

Thank u my man pharmacist for take out that rat… srry u have to go to prison:(

Stefan Smith says:

He went wrong when he didn’t hire Zimmerman lawyers.

kaiser says:

That thumbnail tho lol

Dear Imena says:

I wanna say the pharmacist was wrong, but these guys rolled in with guns hot and ready to go with no regard for other's lives, so they got what they deserved. We shouldn't be gunning down any criminal for just anything at all because that's lawlessness, but when you do things such as bring a gun to a robbery…..that shows a blatant disregard for human life and you, by default, forfeit your right to live.

Edgar Critter says:

I feel for the pharmacists..he got caught up in the moment..he should of only went for a couple of years..

mechanic jake says:

Come to steal get paid in lead. Fair is fair. Let that man out of prison.

Keith Snook says:

The pharmacist should be punished. 4 hours of community service should be about right.

Max says:

Cops get the shoot until the threat is neutralized? So the pharmacist went back for some more neutralizing. Technically he was already dead from first shot so he was kind of just shooting A cadaver. Life in prison? That's a little much. I mean I don't think it was premeditated The guy's heart rate was probably 1000 beats per second he just acted the way he did not even thinking. That's my take.

Chad Hargis says:

Through all my training, the idea of "morality" has been emphasized. You use your weapon to neutralize the threat. Once the perp is no longer a threat, you can no longer lawfully use deadly force. I'd say the pharmacist was 100% in the wrong to chase the other man as well. As an armed citizen, you're a defender, not a hunter. Take shelter, run away…whatever….but using your weapon is the LAST resort.

Adam Kaminski says:

He certainly exceeded, but sentence for life in prison? What about the strong emotion in the moment? What about the guy who enters his store with a gun to robber? Criminal justice sucks

Ray Perez says:

He is a DAMN HERO!!!!! The criminals don't deserve to live. Free that Pharmacist!!!!

Colunape says:

The Law itself is a trap! I don't care if it's ilegal or whatever. Just because the guy was hit and out of the fight at this situation, doesn't mean he won't come back for revenge.
So, you will get a life in prison, just because you don't wanna give a chance of that happening again…That's f*** up IMO.

sɐʇɹǝqᴉl oʇuǝɯǝɯ says:

Getting shot at and/or having a gun pointed at you can make you just a liiittle bit angry.

Andy Martin says:

“Keep the change, ya filthy animal.”

Giuseppe Simonetti says:

Why life in prison over a robber? He should get 25 years.

InDaTubeSurfer says:

5 to the chest 1 to the head lol
