I think it's worth noting that the officers in the videos lately must be watching because they have all stayed OFF THEIR RADIOS and until the fight was over. Or in this case the first officer called 998 while in cover.
Not had the best experiences with cops but cant expect them not to ventilate that car Bonnie n Clyde style in this situation, the passenger survived by the officer's restraint and skill alone
The reason why cops accidentally uses the strobe light. Because when you turn on the flashlight it goes automatically strobe then you click it again and it goes regular light. I know because my flashlight does that. The flashlight company should make the first mode regular and second mode strobe especially for cops because they get into intense situations and they are not thinking about clicking their flashlights twice till later.

The light on my nine mil has a strobe function but you need to hold it to keep it on. Turning the switch the opposite direction keeps it on by itself
