Luckily I live in Oklahoma, and stand your ground applies, we no longer have to retreat if we can. Constitutional carry went in effect Nov 1, 2019. I will still keep my handgun leisence so I can carry in other states
A lot of variables as to whether I would intervene: for one thing, what’s my backstop, which we can’t see in the video. If I did intervene, I’d stay behind concealment/cover and let them run, vs. coming out and confronting like this guy did, but I’m not LEO.
I would have stepped in if i was confident in my skills. I am good enough with firearms to know im not the best with firearms. If it was a new gun that I haven't put a few hundred rounds through I may not feel comfortable. If I have had plenty of time to practice drawing and taking it off safety in a repeatable way then yes I would have drawn. Also depends on the laws. Im sure some places you are not allowed to shot first even if they are pointing a gun at you.
** TOP URGENT ** Right now the BIGGEST question in America is related to the Dec 5 Hijacking of the UPS truck in Miramar, FL. How to react if caught as an innocent motorist/bystander in the line of police fire/as a human shield by police? The hostage along with an innocent motorist were killed by raging Florida State and FBI officers. Me personally, I'm ready to desperately ram my way out of danger's way. Unfortunately, there could be victims so if I encounter legal charges by state or federal prosecutors, I will defend myself by heavily citing the 2019 Miramar shooting incident. If you have a better idea please share. Thanks!
If he was a family member I would have stepped in..
Lead injection🤣🤣🤣
If I had good cover and good view, I would step in.
Ty for the video 👍🏽👍🏽 No because of legal costs and I would probably go to jail

Most definitely would have stepped in. Don't know if I would have shot the driver. Couldn't see a gun in the video.
I would like to say I would help but until I'm in that actual situation it's impossible to tell for sure.
Happy happy
Oh yeah, double lead injections! I like it mucho when none of the bad guys get away.

Absolutely step in
