I am on the side of the defender but this would land you in jail in South Africa, you cannot defend property with lethal force and you also cannot shoot at people that are fleeing. Can any other South African confirm?

This is actually way deeper than anyone picked up on. After shooting the man when he switches hands, it was not to get his phone. He switched hands to try and remove his mask. Listen to me, if you are masked(Very common in todays world) Please do just as this man did. Try to get it off as safely as possible. To many good men are killed from bystanders that don't know the full story. If I'm walking down the road and I am armed and I come upon a man, gun drawn in the dark, wearing a mask with a man whimpering injured on the ground, this could go wrong. (Just using me as an example. I have awareness but some don't.) Please tho take them off so there is zero confusion.🤞

I hate guns wish not one existed on earth or reasons we need them at all we can’t find a better way to catch a deer or protect our selves in non-lethal methods we should have flying cars by now …BUT until there’s world peace and every person on earth has been enlightened to the glory of mankind and we are at one with each other..get a gun protected your family your property and watch your ASS ! and please watch ASP! you got it ?
