No rules Street Fighting and Self-Defense Sparring in Russia | Fight vision
Fight Vision starts new series about Russian styles of Martial Arts.
In this video, you will see examples of sparring sessions in street fighting and self-defense training sessions.
Sparrings has no rules at all – you can use any kicks/punches to any parts of opponents body.
No time limits. Sometimes there are sparrings 2 vs.1, 2 vs.2 or using sticks.
In this sparrings, fighters are using:
-helmets with metal lattice;
-MMA gloves;
-knee, mouth and groin protection.
Sparrings are starting suddenly – before fighters are making squats or burpies, before referee shout “Start”.

This is some brutal combat. This takes testing your skills in an actual fight situation to a realistic level and I think this is great for actual self defense training. Many fights involve 2 attackers or more so having to defend here is realistic. The head gear that is being used is outstanding and I sure would like to get my hands on a pair for my classes. I wouldn't do this more than once per month due to long term effects, but I like the concept and would definitely be a fan. Far to old to participate.
these guys are fucking stupid they are going to seriously injure each other with stomps and a hardwood floor thats why martial arts has mats and gloves and rules so that the fighters come out without being completly fucked up with disc injuries and huge fucking brain damage

TL;DW: Fights go to the ground. When the third man is allowed in, the "1" in the "2 on 1" gets a beat down.
