Getting Shot is Not Fun,,But 99.9% of the time, The Great "Thin Blue Line" Member are the Big Bad Wolfs,,But This Coward gets Shot,And Cries Like A Bitch, Instead of Taking The Pain & Staying in the Fight,He's Mentally Fagil & Showed His Dept.,He Ain't got it under Stress!!! Bitch>😫
Training needs to be a real life battle scene reenactment played out with paintballs…not I got a 97 at the range shooting static targets…civil war drawing near coach potatos
Love the videos, but ease up on the I-know-better-than-you armchair commentary at 6:00 😠 especially if you’ve never been shot or shot at. 🤦🏼♀️ Cops put their lives on the line every single day so we don’t have to. The officer who was shot in the knee was obviously injured much more severely than the other officer. God forbid any of us ever gets shot, but, if we do, I hope we acquit ourselves half as well as these officers.
Cops should get a shot of morphine they have to turn back in after every shift That way if they need to inject themselves on the scene they can. But if you calm down about .5 seconds and take time to aim and shot You don’t need to just carelessly pull the trigger back. 6 shots should mean 6 bodies. If youre capable of carrying
The knee area has so many ligaments and is the origin and insertion point of so many tendons, just above it is the femur which is one the most vascularized and innervated bones in the body. Taking a round in this general area can lead to massive bleeding and of course pain but also what I guess you would biomechanical failure, simply put it doesn’t matter what you do or how strong willed you are if the mechanics needed for you to stay upright are broken , cut or in general destroyed you are going to the ground.
John is a great hindsight commentator. 😉😃
I'm currently in training for rock paper scissors emotional fitness.

Are there any badge cam vids of cops just getting dropped in the middle of running?
This dude talks like he never makes a mistake lol… hope he never experiences something like this.

It could all be avoided if they shoot him the moment ran. But, hey… it's socially unfair for policemen to protect themselves from risk.
Not fun when the bad guys have guns and actually have target on you.
John you are a joke.
Not a lot you can do to prepare for a bullet to the knee cap… damn
Mind over matter, if you don't mind it don't matter, just ask Roy Benavides!
Motocross racing builds huge emotional fitness and physical fitness
I like to cry John 🙁
How to fuck up your life in 3 easy steps!
1. Do a crime
2. Run from police
3. Shoot some police
Ok i enjoy your videos however listening to you narrate gets annoying..
Ugh this video reminds me to train sprint stop drills. Run a monster or suicide drill(you know that sprinting drill we all hated) then hit your shots.
Love your videos
I take punches and kicks from my daughter. She bruises me.
