Northern California

Carl Craig says:

I agree with the home owner and the firearm was a good idea.

Napa Phoneguy says:

Can't use deadly force to proect property in CA. I would have come out with my gun concealed, ready to draw if the situation escalated.

DeepWubbinz79 says:

Don’t blame the victim John. Shouldn’t have to deter crimes. His gun is the crime deterrent.

Sergio says:

Kids didn't even seen the gun

Aged Inthesun says:

Owen Benjamin would love this.

Gillie Siut says:

Yep there could have been more people. Not to mention it will hopefully scare those kids straight because that path will lead to them getting shot

Capt Kirk says:

It's fine with me John!
Unfortunately accidents happen in these situations and someone ends up dead over but trivial possession. They are responsible for what they do and you are responsible for what you do. Don't get me wrong, you have the right to protect what's yours but at what cost..

Julian Caballero says:

He already had the drop on Them. Great trigger discipline.

JustLooking says:

Those kids looked like babies to me and it would have been heartbreaking to me if I saw them get themselves shot. Hope they learn the error of their ways and knock that crap off.

Warren Timothy says:

Yes it was a good idea to come out with a gun in his hands. I only wish he had shot the gun in hopes of teaching the kids not to continue with a life of crime. Today, it is petty shit, but tomorrow it will be much worse. I can only hope they learn a little lesson to stop that shit…

Serie26 says:

Definitely a great idea to come out with the gun; you never know what they have. Should’ve shot them. Those kids are more than likely to be career criminals.

Brian Baksh says:

Ya he did the right thing

Trendy T says:

Should have fired a shot to make them shit scared for next time.
