Jason Hubbard says:

Negligence or not, I hope the perp died horribly between then and right about…now

Denis Wauchope says:

If someone can identify this perp with his face being digitally protected, they're a better man than I am! Who made this brilliant decision? Probably Houston P.D., so they can say they're still looking for the perp but have no intention of actually finding him!

Dan Themann says:

Negligent discharge or not, the scumbag perp deserves a mag dump to keep him from doing this again.

Drealmers S says:

Watch at 2:36 and go to setting "playback speed" change to 0.5

It wasn't negligence. This perp is a cold blood killer

Robert Wilkins says:

He was too calm after he shot him…..

ron palmer says:

Did the shot actually hit the clerk ?

Stuart Montgomery says:

Because he punched him the 2nd time if want shot him would done the 2nd time he attacked him

Officer Fuzz 5-0 says:

Yes… he accidentally pointed the muzzle right at the clerks head… clear as day… John, you used to be on the ball but these days every time you open your mouth you sound dumber and dumber…no respect for you anymore.

Thomas Ackerman says:

3:19 SHOOTZPA. LOL. John, you may have mispronounced "chutzpa" but inadvertently invented a new word. Shootzpah – when you have the audacity to shoot somebody. LOL. I'm cracking up. Love all you do John.

jay Yep says:

I wonder if he needes money for community college or books?

bob ross beard lice says:

what is up with all the videos out of Houston why the bias compared to LA Chicago shoot almost any city with over a million people Houston has a pretty low crime rate. texas as a whole has lower rates of crime then rest of the nation if wasnt born and raised there from watching this channel I'd think it was a Brazilian city or a third world country

Chris Kay says:

Did the clerk make it? Ugh poor guy

American Werewolf says:

I don’t think I’ve heard the word’s “and Houston PD GOT the sucker” come from John’s mouth in the past elevendy seven videos based in Houston 🤷🏻 just me?

Thomas S. says:

When I was a clerk working for 7-11 we were not allowed to carry firearms. Just give the thief or whomever what they want and call the police once they leave. . . if you're unharmed. I was a victim. Gun pointed at me and at one point given only 3 seconds to open the safe. I was concerned the four guys robbing the store couldn't read "CLERK DOES NOT HAVE THE KEY" given they didn't know how to open the cash register with a single blue key that said "Open." They had to get me to come out of the storage area to open the damn thing. Then came the threat to open the safe. I joined the military after that experience. It was a safer line of work.
