Didn't need a court of law to determine guilty or not at the actual moment… I believe courts and justice is mainly for the suspect and much less the victims. Courts is also about money nothing about rights. In Columbia (considered part of America) they don't wait for government justice, the people come together and publicly execute them and display the body for all to see, which reduces crime and makes a humble environment. Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth.
The suspected shooter turned himself in because he heard that the local drug dealers were looking for him to turn the killer in themselves. The dealers were afraid that an extensive investigation and manhunt would disrupt business. Can’t make that shyte up.
