Minneapolis backyard shooting ruled self-defense played out entirely on video
The shooting happened in February on a cold, 6-degree night in south Minneapolis in a neighborhood that had seen an increase in armed robberies.

Don’t break into people’s homes or trespass onto people’s properties. She had a right to defend her family and home. I’m done with folks who coddle criminals and punish the victims. I hope this will set precedent for future home invasions. The laws need to change to protect the home owners from these harden violent criminals.

Actually the " warning shots " are in fact reckless discharge of a firearm within city limits and is a felony crime in which she should have still been charged with no matter what… No excuse for shooting in the air like a stupid fμ©×ing pos idiot. Learn how to properly handle your firearms or don't have them . She could have easily killed some kid sleeping in their bed blocks away. She didn't even fire it strait up in the air which is dangerous enough as it is. She should go to jail for that alone . My mom lives very close to where she was shooting those warning shots so I am not very happy about this if you can imagine.
