The Tyepilot says:

You cannot be trespassed in public. Private and Public businesses/ Entities have a legal classification as "PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION" PER Federal Law, Title III Reg 28 CFR 36.104. You cannon be denied service. Federal Law 28 CFR 36.202 & 203. Furthermore, you cannot be charged with trespass in public because you have the lawful right to be there and do commerce. Trespass only applies if you are in a private place unlawfully. Such as a if they were closed and you are there now unlawfully.

Vanquished Canadian says:

Stop being a baby, give her the damn reciept and be on your way… who gives a fuck. This is a WOMAN…. of course she's going to do something totally irrational if you make her mad. She's probably on her period.

rarelibra says:

this is an example of people who have ccp but should not … and there are a LOT of them … emotions get in the way, but that pistol is a last resort.. and she was mad and wanted to intimidate/menace him … and she got her just desserts

Nico El says:

He he was so worried about a Mask…Why would he touch her???

john mcneill says:

I'm a late night store clerk I would have gave her a recept and told her thank you very much have a nice night

broncofan4life05 says:

Interested in the store in question so people know where not to shop

Joe Schwind says:

Another point that I’m not sure has been made in previous comments — a receipt is generally considered a legal document, and retail establishments are by and large required by law to provide them for purchases unless the customer declines the option. I’m not up on Washington State law, but I’d be very surprised if a store employee could refuse to provide a receipt for a purchase and then physically remove / assault a customer who was demanding that receipt. As in my previous comment, I do not believe the store’s mask policy has any bearing on the issue. The business has to provide the receipt either outside at the pump or inside the store, and cannot add other conditions (such as wearing a mask) for that to happen. Regardless of how the gun charge is eventually adjudicated I expect the woman to sue the gas station and probably receive a fat settlement for everything that happened prior to her taking the gun out.

broncofan4life05 says:

Someone puts their hands on me they would get dropped like a sack of dog 💩 with one 👊

Micah Jackson says:

The most ignorant thing here is the fact that the clerk spent 3 to 4 minutes talking to her about not having on a mask…could've taken 3 to 4 seconds to giver her a receipt. Everybody's got something to prove 🤷🏿‍♂

Williams Hall says:

Seems if there going to have a mask requirement then the so call social distance should go hand in hand which the clerk violated.

Louia Shear says:

Not sorry for this. But if a grown man touches my wife like that for any reason. He won't be able to again.

AverageBrownDude says:

She looks like a Karen.

NikkisNugs says:

I'm surprised John is on the clerks side

LastDaysAreHere says:

Definitely the store clerks fault. If he grew a pair and wasn't scared of a flimsy virus there would be no problem. An he should've never put his hands of a girl so forcefully. We live in a country full of Nazis!

Huckleberry Finn says:

What if she didn't have a mask because ahe didn't plan on going inside the store, but the gas pump didn't have paper in it for a receipt. The clerk was a piece of shit.

Ben Meyer says:

As soon as the gas station attendant put his hand on me he would have lost his life ! Period
No you do not have the right to ever touch any body
And fuck what this jack ass says !!

VAL13C says:

That clerk was being an asshole.

Juan Francisco says:

Some people are just itching to commit murder.

Jeff Brantley says:

Don't deal with a trespass yourself….call the cops and let them deal with it. And if you're going to worry about someone wearing a mask or not, stop walking around the counter and engaging her face to face. What's the point of arguing a mask mandate if you're going to remove the entire reason for there being a mandate by making physical contact? That said, I agree she had no right to be in there and should have left. You can protest outside or in city hall, but not in a private business. You don't have a right to protest on someone else's property. I'm in a state that has ended the stupid mask mandates, but when they existed, i wore one every time unless the business owner specifically said it was okay. This lady is a complete moron for pulling a gun. Complete and utter moron. She has a right bear arms, but not to commit a crime with those arms.

Evan Horvath says:

Clerk should have printed the damn receipt. Woman should have left when she was told to. They were both wrong.

Holger Petersen says:

That stupid fucking clerk. Put the mask in your ass!!

RMCJr says:

The way she was holding her phone, almost certain she was filming. So Karen is in there filming, arguing, insisting that the policy doesn't apply to her and gets emotionally charged when she doesn't get her way. She has a jacket on: zip it up and pull it up over your mouth and the problem is solved. I have no sympathy for this woman.
