cosmic onion says:

Jesus how many shots and he still cuffs him? that copper wants reprimanding

Drac'aar says:

aww, give me a break ASP. All I'm hearing is a long line of excuses as to why he kept shooting the guy in the back while face down on the ground. Believe me you, this was a person committed to the killing once he pulled the trigger one time, and I guarantee he'll do it again under any similar circumstances, whether it was "easy for him" or not. Once dude fell to the ground on his stomach, you don't drift to the left and keep shooting unless the intention is to kill, instead you would jump on the dude's back and restrain. Everyone is surprised the dude survived, and if the world wasn't about to change for real, you'd see Mr. survivor have a court case heavily in his favor. If officer killjoy would have jumped dude from behind the first chance he got… if "subdue without causing UNNECESSARY harm" (self, victims, perps) was foremost in his mind, it would have demonstrated through action. Let me throw one at you which plays off one of your common sayings, "actions demonstrate intentions, talk opens one to deceit."

PT GT RACING says:

Needs duck noises! Quack Quack Quack Quack Quack Quack Quack!

Bruce Wayne says:

my only question is you see the gun fall why keep standing over him firing off shots, that dont look too good, should be some charges for that, it looked like the cop tried to take him out rather than just stop him

a D says:

shot unjustified the police officer not only he shot the male suspect on his back, but he run after him!

Shaun says:

pretty sure seen this on your channel a few weeks ago.

Danilblook says:

Why the duck did the cop shoot this guy when he was already on the ground? That was really unnecessary and could kill him. This policeman is beast

Kristina Jones says:

Apparently the same officer recently unloaded on another 'suspect' (who themselves 'allegedly' just unloaded on two officers with an ak pistol…) And that guy survived too! This officers ratio is like a kid from Chicago's lol

A G says:

Cop is now in custody what ?! True for excessive use of force,DUH. You guys have been mispelling hero, no its not spelled KILLER, nor MURDERER. but I guess in this case it don't apply because the hero's victim survived and he got tossed in there jail with people who love heroes. Oh 🤣

Ape Alchemist says:

it looks like he was trying to staple him to the ground

TheJojovani says:

This channel is set out to find out who is against or with the police, be aware people this is central intelligence channel.

HuwDouglasEvans says:

Man, I would have bet a LOT of money that guy was finished. Incredible.

T Thompson says:

Im craving swiss cheese for some reason…

A G says:

That cops goal was to murder that guy, this is the first probably ever that I've seen where the cop went over board because he most definitely could of stopped half way through his magazine because the guy was collapsing immediately and the cop seeing this continuously keeps squeezing the the trigger and having a moment hovering over the guy as he finished dumping his clip in the guy. Yea they hit cop car the it was too soft to call that "ramming" them but it was intentional. If your fleeing not the smartest thing to do is have a gun in your hand with cops all around. Did the guy deserve to get shot for what he was doing, yes, I'd probably say so. But the cops overkill attempt is more concerning than anything else. He could of controlled and stopped shooting excessive amount of bullets. It's not like his gun was like nope can't stop til empty. Or like the cop in the heat of the moment couldn't contain himself and that's why he kept shooting, not reasonable for a human, much less one who sought the role as a cop, possibly some wild animal, but as for humans we've been able to process and control ourselves from situations long before there were any of those people in blue. It just doesn't seem like iypt should be considered acceptable behavior after the guys already down. If it was out of fear then he doesn't need to be doing this, a librarian would suit him better. If he did this because of them hitting their car and he felt he had to go beyond the limits of getting even by shooting him down then he don't need to be a cop either. The minimum amount of force needed to be used should be just that anything more than that's goes towards the wrong side of the law and be held accountable is all I'm saying.

L Diesel says:

Bro lived👀👀👀👀👀👀

The Libraterrian Perspective says:

I mean if you survive a close range mag dump between your shoulder blades, shouldn't that be considered a wash?…lol I know I know he bought the ticket for that train…I digress
