Why would Troy Boston think that the decedent should have been stabbed on his right side if Luke had the knife in his right hand? Facing the person you are attacking, a right-handed person would more likely stab the left side of the victim.
Yes he stabbed him but if you get into road rage why get some friends and go back why not call the police? They went back knowing they were going to assault or fight the person who damaged the car….
Prosecutor is trying to bolster his racial profile by prosecuting any white man for killing a black man, despite the evidence to the contrary. Reminiscent of the Duke Lacross syndrome. If a white man had been killed by a black basketball player after the white man had done the same…no charges would have been filed!
He should call the cops right at the beginning and let them handle it! It not a self defense when you go back to search for the guy many times after!!!
Sounds like the Victim and Accused were both pretty stupid. Victim did a hit and run then assaulted an old man. The accused threw a rock at the victims car and stayed outside when the victim chased them instead of getting inside and waiting for the cops to show up.
Dude went out looking for a fight that night…im glad the defendant was found guilty but no one had to die. Cut the tough guy b.s. and just call your insurance company. I guess thats stuff you learn as you get older
So you go back and get your boys to go “ask” who is paying for the damage? Why can’t you ask yourself? Shows intent to start a confrontation when you show up to the house. Why not call police, tell them and then you go with them to file a report? I’m not saying that justified the stabbing because I don’t know what the guy was doing to the defendant as it doesn’t say. But from this brief video I couldn’t find him guilty.
Young Black men must know that if white men are attempting any physical contact they have weapons. They will not approach us without deadly weapons, they are fearful creatures.

U can’t go to someone’s house looking for stuff amd then claim self defense . Self defense is when u have done nothing and ur only way out is that.
