indeed a willful crime implies the knowledge of killing with the act of bringing the knife to the body and finally to the head and the will to do so. Moral defense depends a lot on the subject and the context, maybe if it had not ended with Osteyn's life that night, he would have sought revenge, in all possible ways, even confessing the burning of churches by appreciating it with the sense of sight.
I seen the film what a fucking load of shit. Its insulting the way they made it seem poor defenceless euronymous was made into a pin cushion by some blood thirsty monster. If someone threatens my life you fucking bet I'm starving to see another day. Ill do whatever it takes to be alpha wolf in that moment
Man, you can be glad you didn't get convicted of anything in 2019. Running over some idiots attacking your vehicle at 25mph gets you a life sentence in the USA.
Current legal interpretations are beyond sanity and totally un European. For example, if a burglar breaks into your house and you two struggle and he breaks his leg or suffers trauma, you are considered guilty by the legal system and you will have to pay for the hospital costs of the man that tried to rob you by breaking into your house. Once, in the Netherlands, a man tried to break into a house. He climbed on top of an expensive house and walked along the roof, which had some glass parts in it. He fell through the glass which cut open his legs and arms, then fell on a glass table, which further cut his back (kind of funny btw). He then sued the house owners of the house he tried to break in to and steal from. He won because he was hurt.
Fuck this society and its "legal" rights and rules. Fuck it all.
Varg, it's fucking hard to leave the past behind when it's always knocking at the door. People should accept this: It's done. Wrong or not, self defense, manslaughter or whatever the fuck society calls, you had your time in jail and completed it. You're a free man now. Got a family, lives in peace in your property… You're getting over it pretty right.
I have a question: Did you ever asked yourself what more do you have to do to be left alone and move on with your life? How your wife and family deal with that? I know they support you, and i know you deal with prejudice pretty well, but how they deal with that?
