Any chance you can Level out your volume and match it to the trial volume?

Not buying anything about the dummy round rattle story. I handle ammunition all the time, there is no reason to make dummy rounds rattle, because real ammo doesn't rattle.

@Physics072 says:

How could the person doing the warant think that live 45 ammo is not simlilar? She is not being honest.
All 45 live ammo is similar
– Cases have to meet SAMI specs which have nothing to do with color or tarnish So cases are almost the same
– Bullets can vary but are similar in 200-255gr weight. You would find on bullet weighs 20gr and the other is 250 gr.
– The primers are similar in function and the exact same size only color differs between manufactures.

They are very similar yet she says NO. At least be honest.
BTW notice the boxes marked PMC? That is live ammo not dummies. Unless they took a Live ammo box and put dummies inside it and not marked it. It would be mixing live ammo box with dummies. Pretty sure its live ammo.

@Physics072 says:

Weird comment by Live cast host "Ive never called my reloading press a machine" The Dillon presses are machines they automate case drops and bullet seating powder drops etc. They are a machine that has many functions, pressing a bullet on top or pushing a primer in the pocket is one of many functions. He mocks the defense attorney for calling it a machine but that is exactly what it is.

Was Seth Kenney really the Lead Armorer on The Walking Dead? Been unable to find verification of that.

@Physics072 says:

If you look at those bullets one might think "Gee they look bad and old but authentic" That makes no sense because the movies are portraying how things were and in the wild west they bullets you bought did not look anything like that. They were not all corroded the brass was not that dirty either. They had NEW rounds back then. I would toss those bullets out as they do not look like bullets used then. They looked like old trash antiqued not represent something that was never used in real life. They get that way from sitting 100 years in a box not what they looked like new in 1895.

Distasteful at best.

@angelsofblood9879 says:

That storage of blanks, live, and dummy, gave me anxiety. He is in the same ballpark as ms. Fanny pack.

7:14:15 Looks like a football huddle and the judge is the quarterback calling a play.

@frankbauerful says:

As the defense I would have asked the woman who conducted the search of PDQ:"You said you didn't take these boxes into evidence because they did not contain cal. 45 live rounds. How did you know?" Answer: "Because of the writing on the box." Question:"When you conducted the search of PDQ, were you aware that the live rounds on the set of Rust did not come in a box labelled as live rounds?" Answer doesn't matter much, since the point is that the search of PDQ props would not have been able to find live rounds mistakenly put into boxes labelled as dummies.

@LadyThunderbird63 says:

I dont know why there isnt a foolproof check on the guns and bullets, similar to we have in op theatres , all instruments are counted by two people and signed for swabs counted by 2 people logged on aboard and at the end instruments checked by 2 people together and both sign it off, the guns could be checked by two people and signed for , bullets checked by two and signed for by two , and the same when the guns are no longer in use, two unload and sign for it, it doesnt take long . And each gun and the bullets for it for each actor should be in locked metal boxes, and labeled with actors name.

@frankbauerful says:

As incompetent as Hannah is, the state's claim that she brought the live rounds on set is much less plausible than that they came from PDQ. Every photo of PDQ props looks like a garbage dump. And that's one month after the shooting, after Kenney had time to clean up the place.

@orenthalsimpson says:

I cant believe a guy with licenses to manufacture machine guns would make such a rookie mistake. He probably uses trigger discipline on water guns

@BDE360 says:

Why do you believe everything this PDQ owner says? He seems to be a guy that only tells the truth when he can tell a lie instead of. I think this whole case comes down to him. The live rounds in my opinion definitely came from him!

@hav2win says:

Every time Seth Kenney speaks my BS meter hits the max. He's what I would call an over-talker. Telling him to only respond yes or no is something he has no ability to do. He over-talks as a self-defense mechanism to ensure he limits anyone thinking he could be held responsible for any of this. He thinks that by sounding free and open with his responses people will think he has nothing to hide. I think those pictures of how he works and ammo laying all over the place, shows what I knew he was all about. He even had to admit he had live ammo in his bathroom. Who the hell does that in the ammo supply business. He has zero traceability with any of his rounds. He was as disorganized as Hannah. Everything he says at this trial will try and be used against him in other lawsuits so he's pretending to be the safest prop supplier in America.
