Brian West says:

This intruder could be one of you neighbor's teenage sons… Just keep your front door closed and set up a defensive position inside. Nothing in that shed is worth killing someone over.

Sok Sok And friends says:

What happen to the video youtube is no fun

Oby Wan says:

Stop shooting to the air , everything that goes up must goes down and possibly hit a child, y’all gotta stop watching movies.

FAMILY FIRST Macon, Ga. says:

The police are minutes away, when you only have seconds

Crystal Kniss says:

The perps family actually had the nerve to go on camera and say she should have assumed he just needed to get warm. That they had no right to shoot him. The absolute nerve.

Robert S. says:

Unrelated question, anyone know whether the Walmart shooter in Chesapeake was using a handgun or rifle? I just bought soft armor and am worried now, thanks.

nun ya says:

You have used this before!

Henry Gomez says:

My first shot aint gunna be a warning shot.

N B says:

I make my ring camera say it's recording, but I'm looking at this and you'd never ID him… Better he's laying there so the cops can find him

PulZre says:

seems like hes under the influence of some sort of drug

BASS KING JOSHUA 👑 says:

I live here and was shot 3x, not a fun city.

Brett O'Neal says:

And the burglar goes in a forever box.

fantasyfan10 says:

Remember that shots in the air will come back down. If that shot happens to be a Bs 1 out of a million chances that it strikes someone innocent that will probably be a charge against you.

Robert Parrish says:

That was awesome 👍

jason says:

funny you do this one, literally happened on the same block as me.

Patti Wagner says:

….as the cops show up 20 minutes later after you call.

AgnotologyTV says:

If the family wants to retaliate because the decedent took the snow temperature challenge, they too can expect to be on the receiving end of some active self protection.

They talked about how he was just looking for a place to keep warm. They don't realize their own stupidity in admitting that he didn't have a place to sleep, aka, the "family" kicked him out.

R1 Learner says:

"Hey someone is shooting a gun at me, I think I'll walk over to them and ask them why"

gregmikk says:

If she was in Hennepin county, she should have been charged for recless discharge of a firearm. She had no clue where the bullets are going. Unless you are shooting straight into the ground.

Noneya Biz says:

And for reasons unknown, B/E and robberies declined abuptly in that area

Scott-H Guitar Pick Collector says:

I live in Milwaukee where most times calling 911 will have you waiting over a hour for the police. So calling 911 is prob not gonna save you.

Paul Clarke says:

Calling 911 and expecting the cops to get there in time is being overly optimistic. How can you be a proponent of carrying a firearm and recommend that at the same time but then I think people ought to be able to protect their property as well as their lives. Also makes NO sense to prosecute someone being victimized for firing off a warning shot. She was basically trying to save his stupid life.

Gregory Chappell says:

Ya'll couldn't hear what the perp was saying..but I heard it loud & clear..he said, " I want to die tonite"..loud & clear!

Robert Mrbena Mrbena says:

It's fine criminals are getting more brutal and careless so yeah ONE for the citizens and 0 for the criminals, it's us against them.

greg cromer says:

I like the warning shot to the chest.

Michael Zukerman says:

Bullshit. I'm from Texas by the way and we don't tolerate this sort of invasion be it day OR night. Intruder jumps a fence which is by any reasonable person's opinion there to protect privacy, enters a garage which is burglary (felony), warning shots which HERE are unnecessary ill advised and a gift to the now felon on your property, then he advances towards you = empty your clip, reload, empty clip #2, then call for the police and the coroner to remove the waste. ALL of these particulars exonerate the home owner 2000% here clearly. Then you get an attorney and sue this miscreants family for the ammunition used to eliminate the problem. Advising anyone is THIS situation NOT to shoot, is irresponsible.

Ultimate Robbie Build says:

This guy wanted to get shot. How can someone fire multiple shots to worn you and you do nothing. Instead you advance in their direction?? Oh because she’s a female you thought she wasn’t going to actually shoot you? Then you try to reach for your waist idk for what but your hands certainly wasn’t up. Bruh you deserve to get shot you don’t car for your own life so why should the actual person you tryna rob/kill care? Idiot!

Eric. DaMAJ says:

IDK what these entitled people are thinking. If any stranger points a gun at you, you HAVE to assume they'll use it. You can't even be sure they won't shoot you by mistake. You need to be setting a land speed record out of the area.

Bee 🐝 says:

If the justice systems are not going to do their job, give the criminals something to fear along with incentive to not commit crimes then the people will have to do it themselves.

Brent French says:

Yeah, warning shots in the air, not so good. If you’re going to do it, shoot toward a soft ground, but still not advised. It’s illegal to fire warning shots here in California, but everything is illegal here unless you’re the criminal. This woman had every right to shoot this guy. I would have shot him too, and I wouldn’t fire a warning shot. It’s too bad the guy died over this, but that’s all on him.
